Terms and Conditions

1. Toepasselijkheid
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by I do. Do you?, Hereinafter referred to as "the service provider", to bridal make-up and hairstyling.

2. Boeking en Bevestiging
A booking is only considered final once the wedding date has been confirmed by the client and the corresponding deposit has been paid. The client will receive a confirmation email after the booking has been secured.

3. Aanbetaling
Following the confirmation of the wedding date, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to finalise the booking. This deposit must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this period, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Restbetaling
The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding date. If full payment has not been made by the specified date, the service provider reserves the right to refuse the services.

5. Annulering door de klant
If the client cancels the booking, the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellations up to 4 months before the wedding date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • For cancellations within 4 months of the wedding date, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If the client cancels the wedding entirely within 7 days of the wedding date after full payment has been made, the full amount will not be refunded.

 

6. Wijzigingen in de boeking
If the client wishes to make changes to the booking, such as adding or removing services, this must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before the wedding date. Changes may affect the final price.

7. Uitvoering van de diensten
Services will be carried out on the agreed date and time. If the client is late, the service provider cannot guarantee that all services will be performed within the scheduled timeframe. The client remains responsible for full payment.

8. Aansprakelijkheid
The service provider is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of the provided products, unless such damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the service provider. The client is responsible for informing the service provider of any allergies or medical conditions.

9. Ziekte of Ongeval van de Dienstverlener
In the event of serious illness or an accident affecting the service provider on the wedding day, the service provider will make every effort to arrange a replacement make-up artist/hairstylist. The replacement professional will be communicated to the client as soon as possible. If it is not possible to arrange a replacement, the client will receive a full refund of any amounts already paid.

10. Reiskosten
For locations within the Netherlands, travel costs are charged at €0.75 per kilometre, excluding VAT, calculated from the service provider’s location to the wedding venue.
Voor buitenlandse bruiloften worden de kosten van de vliegtickets, taxikosten en/of huurauto’s in rekening gebracht en dienen door de klant te worden vergoed. De dienstverlener zal vooraf een indicatie van de reiskosten verstrekken.

11. Privacy en Gegevensbescherming

12. Toepasselijk recht
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes, if necessary, will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
